The most important stuff…

First, we vacuum your carpets BEFORE we start the cleaning process. We use a commercial grade, dual motor vacuum. About 70% of the soil that is in your carpet is dry soil… sand, grit, hair, pet dander, contaminants that come in on the bottom of your shoes from outside and other particles. All these contaminants should be removed prior to getting wet so that the carpet cleaning equipment is doing the work of cleaning carpet fibers and not just extracting dirt that’s been turned into mud after getting it wet! Don’t let carpet cleaning company tell you that their equipment will take care of all that.

We carefully diagnose any spotted areas and treat them accordingly.

We apply a safe yet effective detergent formula to your carpets to break up the deep down soil and emulsify the grease, oils, spots and other particles in your carpet.

Then we remove the soil, grease, oils and other particles from the carpet which leaves your carpet clean, fresh and residue free!
We double check to make sure that all spots are gone.
Then we groom the carpets to allow them to dry softer and faster.

The final (optional) step is to apply our premium carpet protector. Carpet protectant is intended to stop common household food and drink spills from becoming permanent stains. It also forms a barrier around the fibers to repel soil in much the same way that two magnets repel each other

End result is a FRESH, CLEAN, HEALTHY carpet that
you can be proud of again.
